Michael graduated from FIU with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. His career over the past few decades has included working for industry giants including TGI Fridays and Rio Bravo Cantinas. He was the managing partner of Ray's on the River restaurant In Atlanta Ga. His expertise in menu development, sales analysis, customer service and staff training resulted in Ray's becoming one of the top 15 sales grossing restaurants in the country.

Rhonda's career began with humble beginnings as a pie baker and dishwasher in a small family-run restaurant. She was a corporate trainer, Kitchen Manager and General Manager for TGI Fridays. Her career with Innovative Restaurants included recruiting, hiring and training of 125 managers per year, recipe development for a 45 million dollar restaurant chain and management of the Risk Department resulting in multi-million dollar savings in the insurance purchases. In 2007 Rhonda’s consulting expertise went to work at Riven Rock Ranch, www.rivenrockranch.com , a high end resort and special events facility North of San Antonio, Tx. Rhonda was instrumental in helping the owners transform this beautiful working ranch into a dynamic, upscale destination which was an instant success!
